GREENLEAD - ERASMUS+ COOPERATION PARTNERSHIPS

The Greenlead project focuses on defining the role of the Green Leader and establishing Green Departments within organizations through the development of a competency framework, specialized curriculum, and training materials. The project's goal is to empower educators and vocational education and training (VET) organizations with innovative tools and methods to support European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in transitioning to a sustainable green economy. Activities include analyzing the current state of the green transition in SMEs, defining the professional profile of the Green Leader, developing training and an e-learning platform, and preparing a certification model for validating Green Leader competencies.

The project runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2026, and is coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce of Teruel, Spain. In addition to IPS, project partners include Innovation Hive and AKMI from Greece, Politeknika Txorierri from Spain, and Eco Logic from North Macedonia.
