Short summary:

The Internet of Things facilitates real-time monitoring of diverse data streams, including water and electricity consumption. Leveraging machine learning techniques, these data can be harnessed to build predictive models. In the doctoral thesis, novel methods for incremental data preprocessing and fusion of heterogeneous sources, and complementary techniques were developed to improve model accuracy. The designed architecture facilitated the implementation and evaluation of models across real-world scenarios.
