By filling out and submitting the application form, I allow the above-stated data (address, e-mail, phone number, study and employment details) to be used and processed solely for the purpose of the Jožef Stefan International postgraduate School (IPS) Alumni Club, which includes keeping me informed about the offers and benefits of IPS partners, and I allow the IPS to acquire my details from the record of IPS graduates for the purpose of joining the Alumni Club. By completing this form, I confirm that I am aware of the following facts:

After completing the studies at IPS, my personal data (address, phone number, e-mail) shall be kept, processed and used according to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2, Official Gazette of RS, No. 163/22) for the purpose of the IPS Alumni Club, which entails statistical processing, contacting, informing and direct marketing actions – all free of charge through standard mail, e-mail, SMS and MMS. My personal data will never be forwarded from the IPS Alumni Club to third parties;
The contact e-mail for editing/deleting data or any other action for which the undersigned holds rights to (Articles 16 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation: right to restriction of processing, right to notification, right to data portability, right to object, etc.) is alumni@mps.si;
I may receive a questionnaire on employability and employment from the IPS Alumni Club to my e-mail each year within five years from completing my studies;
The data shall be stored until I withdraw my application;
I have the right to file a complaint to the Dean;
I can withdraw from the IPS Alumni Club at any time and revoke this application via e-mail alumni@mps.si or via standard mail to Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Jamova 39, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia;
The IPS will inform me of any potential violation of personal data protection;
My personal data will be kept according to the legislation or until the processing purpose is fulfilled or until my own withdrawal.
