Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School acquired the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014–2021 and the KA103 ERASMUS+ 2018 project which enables bilateral exchange of students, staff and professors between countries included in the programme.
Exchange candidates are kindly invited to fill out the bilateral agreement form (if there is no bilateral agreement between the two institutions yet) and the learning agreement (students), or the teaching agreement (professors), or the traineeship agreement (staff), and send both to the IPS Office ( along with the contact details of a responsible person at a foreign institution and the desired exchange period.

Exchange proposals for a particular academic year will be considered by the IPS Senate until all allocated funds are used. In case of insufficient funds, priority will be given to candidates who have not yet participated in an Erasmus+ 2018 exchange or any other Erasmus+ programme. The highest JCR IF impact factor of the applicant’s publications in the past three years will be used as an additional selection criterion.
